Delfortgroup acquires Shamrock

Delfortgroup has acquired Shamrock Specialty Papers of Greensboro, North Carolina, USA.

According to the company, the acquisition, along with a planned expansion, will continue to enhance the group’s business objectives and commitments to its local and global customers from its Greensboro, North Carolina, facility.
